NOPD officers were working Saturday night to find the parents or guardians of a young boy who was found unattended on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
The child, who appeared to be around 1-year-old, was found in a stroller in the 2600 block of the street.
Police received notification that the child was there around 5:20 p.m. and neighbors told investigators the boy had been at the location since 4:30 p.m.
He was dressed in a navy blue shirt and jeans.
